This property is located near the main road from Phaya Mengrai to Thoeng, with the Ing river to the back and electric power running past. The land has a low aspect but is protected from flooding by a system of dykes. In the past it has been used to grow orange trees, but the land is suitable for many other types of agricultural use, for example rubber, palm oil or livestock.
